Each Friday will be something new:
The First Friday of the Month will have a post about something to do with Nutrition.
The Second Friday of the Month will have a recipe.
The Third Friday of the Month will have a post about something to do with Exercise.
The Fourth Friday of the Month will have a recipe.
And on the rare month that has Five Fridays, the Fifth Friday will have a Devilish Dessert. Something for when we are just having one of those bad days and need an unhealthy treat.
All recipes will be tested by me and include photos.
I will also have sections about food alternatives for people with allergies or lifestyle preferences. I will post about these and once I have tried them for myself I will be able to give you my personal opinion on it.
I am also going to be offering nutritional assessment for people. I am NOT a Nutritionist or Dietician, and all changes to diet should be discusses with a professional. What I will offer is a nutritional assessment of you regular diet, so let you know a ROUGH estimate of what you are eating too much of in your diet and what you are not eating enough of. I will do this using a Computer Program I have access to. The cost for this service will range from $20-30. $20 for the initial assessment and another $10 for a follow up to see if your changes have made any improvement. Will this assessment and my suggestions you should have improvement. I accept ONLY Pay Pal and will put up a link once everything is in place.
Other than that, this is the main goal of this blog, to get you eating right, and exercising to keep your body in shape inside and out.
